Approximately 350Ω or 400Ω.
Non-linearity/Hysteresis Error:
Typically between 0.02% - 0.05% of Full Scale Output (FSO), which determines the weighing accuracy.
Safe Overload:
Typically 150% of the rated capacity, meaning it can withstand 1.5 times the limit weight for a short period without damage.
Ultimate Overload:
Typically 200% - 300% of the rated capacity; exceeding this will permanently damage the sensor.
Main Functions:

  • Force-to-Electrical Conversion: Precisely converts the physical weight (force) applied to it into a proportional millivolt-level voltage signal.

  • Process Control: When used with a weighing indicator or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), it enables weight monitoring of hoppers, tanks, and platforms. It can also be used in automatic control processes such as batching, filling, and sorting.
